Outstanding service and medical care...I am impressed!

It was pleasant and completely informative. I was treated well , and all my questions were answered.

At the beginning of this message, when I started to respond, it wasn't clicking with me who we were talking about. The doctor in question here is remarkable, absolutely remarkable. She helped me with something that, and I'm 58 years old, I see all kinds of doctors. She helped me with something that nobody has ever been able to help me with. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

In and out.. Doctor explained my diagnoses and asked if I had questions or any confusion, then she came up with a plan for me I agree with. Susan is awesome

Everyone I interacted with from check-in to check-out was fantastic

Everything was perfect, but there was a person at checkout that went above and beyond. He explained all my referrals, wanted to make sure I understood and I was going to make my appointment with the paperwork he was giving me.

It was an excellent experience.

Loved the service I received , no wait at all, I was early and was called on time of appointment or before.

Very well coordinated, the x rays were coordinated right then and there on site and Susan Joseph herself was very knowledgeable and empathetic.

Dr Graf is a wonderful man, he always makes sure I get the proper treatment even if he's not the dr for it, and he always remembers who I am and what we last talked about even though my appointment are months apart. I'm so grateful that he was able to give me the correct surgery

Good evening. The building was very clean. The young ladies at the receptionist intake were very courteous, very nice. It didn't take long to get called back. And the doctor was awesome, very attentive, very hands-on, very informative. I'll give her more than a 10 if I could. Can't wait to see her soon with my next appointment. And like I said, the building was very clean and it was just, the whole environment was a beautiful experience even though I took a 53 minute drive over an hour almost, it was worth it. So yeah, 10 or over 10.

Christian the front desk that checked you in to check you out he was God sent he was the most helpful person I found her and he had the patience of an Angel I was to have him help me with appointments and scheduling and helping me get closer to home with scheduling appointments he deserves the best

I had no issues about my experience to the doctor, I absolutely will recommend my family/friends coming to doctors here and overall I had no complaints to everybody was nice respectful and courteous and I appreciate that they thoroughly went over my diagnosis and things that I could do at home/s also out of home therapy so I'm happy I got to express my concerns and they answered my questions but the most respectful manner

It is still too early to determine my level of care since there will be multiple follow-up appointments, but so far the level of care has been excellent and very communicative.

I trust Cooper for all of my serious health needs.

My experience has always been very positive with Susan. She's really nice to talk to, very informative, and she listens. And I would always recommend someone to go to her if they needed to talk to her.

While I've used your Cinnaminson Urgent Care through the VA for years, this was the first time in a very long time seeking a provider outside of the VA and the staff at the ortho clinic knocked it out of the park for every step, scheduling, review, paperwork ALL of it. Great, great visit, thank you!!!!! !
